Our Story
A daughter of an immigrant from Sweden, I was brought up learning rich Swedish culture and traditions from my mother. One such tradition is the practice of performing the daily ritual of Fika. Fika means taking time to enjoy coffee and a sweet treat while sharing community life with others. My family names our Fika Kafe to honor my mother, Ingrid, and her maiden name - Dillstrom
